This culturally sensitive service is responsive, flexible, courteous, consistent and offers choice to elderly and their families.

The service aims to improve user’s quality of life, offers support and enables the carers to look after their family member with confidence.

The care varies from short term domestic care to intensive personal care where the individual may have long term illness or disability.

Care staff take into account the users' dignity and independence. The individual's care plans are prepared with full participation of all parties.

The main carer and the family are given an opportunity to influence the level and quality of service provided. The service operates 7am-10pm, 7 days a week and 365 days a year and is registered with the Care Quality Commission.
